of course many persons are facing the same problem including me but i think there are some keyword search or matching cariteria which is diffcult to understand i think bayt.com should also do something for employers and make friendly changes in the design of website and keyword search or matching cariteria

It happens to me also. I am thinking that they open the positions to choose the best candidates which is look like hard to pick the best ones. You can try other career website, such as Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, or (URL removed due to policy violation.
