I'm always like friendly relations between team members, but in many cases i like to use PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, to handle some cases i face with some peoples in the team.

This is the most common problem faced and in a short career in the Hotels, this is the most common and biggest of problems. The most seamless and best solution to this a two pronged step operation
Firstly, Always be open and candid with your team members in all professional aspects and ensure the team is also aware of your expectation on the same. Use only positive Verbiage while dealing and never start with a negative line or approach with the team member.
Secondly, the most important factor is to be precise and address the situation as per the result needed in the profession. The process which mostly is defined or allocated in any sector forms the skeletal frame for this. In case of a "reprimand" or a "pat on the back" point out towards the goal which had to be achieved and how it was not achieved and it has to be addressed and the drawback of the same - ie not achieveing the goal. or a pat for re-iterating that you are appraising or thanking one for the perfection in the job and achieving the common goal.
Do note in case of dealing with varied nationalities a suggestion would be to be sensitive of the backgrounds of the employee and being politically right in every aspect of a discussion. Its always better to address in written material in case of job assignments and hold open discussions in the team in regards to general topics and work issues to ensure all share a rapport within the team and also do not take things personally.
Once this is established as a supervisor / colleague or superior dealing with the team makes it fun at work and a healthy environment to work in too.
