2- Exceeding expectations
D - When you exceed expectations you have met customers expectations and you have provided excellent customer service
Option1,2, and4 are all important.
I would choose option 2- exceeding expectations (This shows that you as a sales person went out of way/ to a length to satisfy your customers needs)
2- Exceeding expectations
Contemporary customers are becoming growingly critical and aware. They may be content or moderately happy if their standard expectations (as a result of them being critical) are met, like "good customer service" for example which should be a standard (depending on market geography).
But chances are bigger that they will be delighted (which is a higher state than happiness or contentment) if such expectations are exceeded (including, but not limited to, good customer service)
answer no.4
Good Customer Service
Option1 &2 both are important
