Yes ,,, some times it may NOT be clear what the inteviewer has in his/her mind and what he/she expects to hear back when throwing their questions ... like when they ask ... :What is the reason for you to consider changing your job/employer ?? This is generally a tricky question and regarless what you answer, it may be taken for you or against you depending on the mindset of the interviewer and what he/she expects to hear back from you.
