It actually depends on the content of your book or a chapter of your book.  Nevertheless, make it compelling.  Like for example, there is this chapter title, "The Sweet Spot".  This somehow triggers curiosity in the reader: what could that Sweet Spot be?  The content, meanwhile, talks about the journey to achieving success - that along the way, there would be some obstacles and challenges. But in the end, your difficulties will be compensated with success and fulfillment - that is, the sweet spot.

Use your imagination, so to speak.
