Why we can not find more male nurses in UAE hospitals?

Dear Lamiyaa, this is not case just in UAE, unfortunately, it is situation all over around, so in Bosnia as well.  Some time ago, actually20 years ago, at least in Bosnia, people used to explain this with gender issues, but new teories are showing that nurses are mostly woman because they are more sensistive, tender, and that they show much more empathy - all skills so neccessary for that job
