Yes I do, I want to (try to) integrate sales and marketing teams. I think that the two departments can shed light on each other in terms of knowing the market and making a sale. Real Estate industry relies on marketing strategies, and while sales team is out there they both know what is needed to accomplish company's goals. It is a challenge but can be implemented smoothly.
