Read a lot about the position you applied for. Read a lot about the company and who the boards of members are. Know why you applied for such a position; be confident of your skills and knowledge. Practice the interview with your friends several times.

The greatest tips which I shared with students into practice as much as possible, before going for interview;

1.       Do research the organization thoroughly.

2.       Have details about its rival.

3.       Do ask the interviewer name ad try to search detail about him/her.

4.       Have mock sitting for the session and try to brief someone about yourself, experiment and education.

5.       Reach at least10 mins before the schedule time so that you could compose yourself.

6.       Don’t try to dodge or getting smart with interviewer, accept openly if you don’t know anything.

7.       Show positivity and your commitment during end or in between.

Just follow4 simple steps

1) Do your homework before the interview. Brush up on your basics and about the role and organization you are interviewing for.

2) Do as many mock interviews as you can. Try to foresee the questions  and be prepared with suitable answers. Its like stage fright. The only way to get rid of your fear is to face them head on.

3) Be confident. The very reason you have been selected for the interview should boost your confidence. You have already crossed one hurdle and the company has shortlisted your resume. So you have the upper hand already.

4) Be human and use your common sense while answering. Don't try to be someone else.

You are good to go crack your next interview without any fear . All the best.

The first and essential step in overcoming of fear is to change the perception of the interview. An interview is a conversation with a human being just as you are. The worst thing that could happen is that you don't get the job.

Another important thing is the calming technique.  The best technique to reduce stress is breathing. Breathe deeply through your nose and exhale through the mouth. Practice this technique and use it to relax before the interview.

It should be emphasized that it is important how you prepared yourself for the interview. Begin to think about yourself as a product and present what you can offer  to the company.  If you prepare for the interview you will have more confidence and you will not be so anxious before the interview.

Once you've been on a few interviews, but you didn't get any job offer, it's normal to have a bad feeling. Such refusal affects selfconfidence at most of the people. Always remember that there are many factors to be considered when selecting candidates. You must know that there may still be some internal candidates, or candidates with a perfect job reference that you don't have.

Many people become nervous and even fearful before and during a job interview. This is because of the pressure to do well and to impress the person interviewing you. This in normal I guess.

The first thing I do when I leave home for an interview is to pray, and thank God for giving me this opportunity for an interview.

You need to thoroughly prepare for the interview. Then you should present yourself in a positive manner, avoiding the impression of being nervous. Relax, listen thoughtfully and get them to like you.

Don't be fearful Nothing happens except that you will be reject on one extreme or you will be selected on other extreme. Nothing is in between these situations. To overcome fear, take a breath before answering and see on the table by bowing your head down for2-3 seconds and then speak. Never concentrate or listen to other candidate's opinions about interviews.
