In these days IT fields are filled with Non-IT guys like Mech,E,Biotech,etc.so will these affect the other fields, will it affect the same IT field?

Yes, it does affect other fields and also IT. Non-IT can work in our fields but IT guys cannot simply apply for thier jobs.
