I would like to ask people working in marketing field for how can I improve my self in marketing field?

There are numerous things you can do to improve yourself starting with setting goals and developing a plan of action that includes professional development, physical fitness, and even getting a little creative. Also, better communication skills lead to better personal and professional relationships.

in addition to what mentioned by Mr. Abdul Nayeem and Nilesh, you can attend many Maleting courses in your field. 

Good Day Bassem....... Marketing is a very vast field, there are certain categories of marketing..... e.g., Sales, Brand management, Business development etc..... It can indoor or on-field as well......  I dont know what type of specific skills you want to improve in yourself ....... e.g, business management, field management, field force management, territorial management, time management, sales analysis etc etc...... every skills has different classification......

Generally speaking, everybody has answered your question very well...... i would like to add a few things....... Follow your senior in your field, whatever you learn from him, will enhance your marketing skills.... and remember to read atleast1 chapter of good book realted to your field weekly......

You will feel the difference in a few months....... If you further need explanation about a specific skill, please make another query......

One needs to be quite focussed & should be driven by ethics rather than pressure to handle his/her job responsibilities. It is very crucial to build a good rapport with your clients across the industry & also for the sake of keeping ahead of your competition.
