Some people try to offer you a small salary with big promises .So they ask this question.
There needs to be a good balance of both. A great work environment is always an important factor to be able to thrive. However, at the end of the day, bills are waiting to get paid. Anyone who responds and says the work environment is more important is not being totally honest. If I am an employer, I prefer to hire someone who is capable of negotiating for his salary. After all, it's your livelihood you are negotiating for. If you do not stand up for what's sufficient on your means to live, you probably won't either for many other important things including the company you're working for.
There need to be a proper balance of both side.50-50. and also depend on the capability of work.
Quesion is not clear. I will not give any marks on salary, but work environment.
