1: what makes you angry/annoyed?

 

2: How you approach to a teammate who is short tempered?

 

3: Always asked them about their IT skills.

 

4: What you do in leisure time?

 

Always them cushion  and confidence so that they speak up freely and this always ends with soft image and a learning experience.
