I dont agree with the statement..... My answer would be a big "NO"...... Creativity is Allah (SWT) gift for very special people........ Creativity can never be killed if somebody has a habit of ask other for re-assurance or somebody has a requirement of always ask seniors before doing something creative......
I observed so many Immediate bosses.... who made it mendatory for their sub-ordinates to discuss every action withi them to perform a even a simple task.
