What are the "assets" of a company that CANNOT be counted?

Intangible assets:

1. Goodwill

2. Patents

3. Trademarks

4. Copyrights

5. Company's brand name

Assets:

1. Talented & skilled employees
2. Loyalty of the employees
3. Customer Loyalty

Intangible assets including the qualitative force of the company.

Collective expertise of its human asset.

Reputation!  To both customers and employees/potential employees.

Intaingible assets are many and diverse and include a long list of things that are considered assets that add value to the organization despite the fact that such assets are not tangible i.e. cannot be counted as yoy say. I would even add that they cannot be touched or sensed directly as the do not have such material form associated with physical/tangible assets

• Business-Level Assets:  including intellectual property, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, exclusivity, uniqueness, brand names, image, reputation, trustworthiness, market/customer knowledge & relations,
• Organiational Level Assets:  efficiency and effectiveness,  agility, lean, flexibility and adaptability,  streamlined operations,  optimized orgaganization setups, //
• People-Level Assets:  knowledge and experience, skill sets, discipline and maturity, attitude,   ability to learn and adapt,

Intangible Assets such as Goodwill, Patents, copyrights, brand name etc.
