Electronics , holes and electron theory , charged and mass .

A hole is a charged particle in semiconductor material , does it has charge then it has mass so prove law of conservation of mass and if don't have mass then simplify the ration charge/Mass . Thanks

Sorry , Your answer is Wrong.

holes are positively charged particles in semiconductors and they have a well-defined mass so it shows the relationship of the conservation of mass and more in an intrinsic semiconductor the number of holes is equal to that of electrons, but when doped p-type, the holes will be in the majority.

I hope I have given you the answer you expect.
