First I have to say that of course you know that a Leader and a manager are two different things and the terms can't be used interchangeably. What you mean is management style and not leadership style. And yes like all the answers mentioned this would be autocratic.
Authoritarian style....plans,executes and expects everyone happy at the end,laughable style.
