Restricting yourself and your opportunities to a small city like Abha would limit these opportunities very much.  This could potentially leave you to the mercy of two dominant factors in my opinion.

  1. Government sector projects
  2. Active IT companies (vendors, solution providers, contractors, ...) operating specifically in Abha
