A softare package is only as good as its implemetation. I have seen many systems fail because the managers / companies did not fully embrace the system.
As most of the respondents have indicated it is a great package, however the implementation needs to be planned and co-ordinated with sufficient training (Lack of staff training also contributes to the failure of a software package) to ensure its success.
