The manager should not be customer driven they should show trust on our employee first, the manager should teach how to handle the worst situation not to run from the worst situation, he must be cooperative and should be a teacher for his employee. He should not like hire and fire manager. A great manager should run the company like he is running his family. These are some qualities a Manager should have
Someone who is approachable and has an open door policy. A person taking his staffs issues and deserved needs in to consideration. Not one to make his or her staff feel intermidated by them. Someone who gives his staff credit when due. Someone who acknowledges his staff not matter what position they hold in the company(be it a cleaner or manager). A person who will always encourage,compliment and respect his staff.

Management is the art of getting things through others. A manager should get his tasks done in a healthy environment by both balancing and leading his team. He should make strategies, goals, targets, procdeures, policies and support the staff with training, guiding, supervision, co-ordination & control. Appreciate the good work & motivate the low performers. Evaluate the staff periodically.
