100% agreed,,, this world,s success is not permanent ,it will change the other day, bcoz some one else will take your place and he will be called success full,,, another point is what is the real success , money , status ,having big car, big house ? is this the criteria ? any smart cheater can have it in his life , what is the criteria of success any reliogen has set for us,, many questions and less answers.....
What is important for me, is always Quality Not Quantity, and a Good Value Person,is always on the good road to be a successfull Person.
I do not agree on this subject, since a person of value only becomes such a person if he or she can show to be valuable person though successful performances.
In my opinion value is always recognized sooner or later but if you some how got successful but never had the oportunity to prove, develope than may God help you when you are looking for a new job.
I agree.
In my own opinion, what matters most in life are not the things you've achieved, but rather it's the person you've become through the years. It's the journey that makes your life worth living for and not the end product..
I agree that to add value is much better to achieve success once. The value added to the work gives more systemic continuty for improvement. Success need the continuty to keep the top otherwise it will converts to retardation by time.
Agree....
Values form the foundation of life, they dictates the choices to you make and determine the directions to your life. Values influence the decisions of your life.Values brings you happiness, success, connection in your life.
Without value you may become successful in the eyes of society, but you probably won't feel like a success yourself. And this won't bring you meaning of real success in your life.
Yes, I agree...Success is the result of your actions...Being valued and and valuable person will lead you to success either.
Why should we consider "success" and "adding value" as two mutually exclusive things ? In my view, I see the two things overlapping to a high degree; being successful implies adding value, and a dding value contributes to success !It really goes back to the basic definition of what is "success" ? and what is "value" in relation to the role, function, and/or job description a person plays in a project, operation or organization. If anyone is willing to go deep in these topics, I would be pleased to work with you !
Yes,100% true in my conviction. Being a person of value is the ultimate success, even when other conventional success factors are missing. A person of value is always successful (even when he's not by all tangible or intangible measurements), cannot be put down and is always able of motivating & inspiring (principal) others in a unique way. Exclude form this category, people of value who tend to convey this in a cynical critiquing, way.
