so you mean you have a bad sales managment cause the right sales managment allways seek for the best and allways put the terget more than the expected to motivated the team and make them work hard. and if the above was as a stratgy from the company so this is so bad they may make some compitition between the team such as ( the guys who will achieve10000$ plus his target will get2% insted of1%) and trust me that will increased the sales cause every salesman has his way.
