To convert a failed project to destabilise the successful project of creativity but we need the following:

Deep study of the causes of failure and accurately

Exclusion of relevant failure

Rebuilding and restructuring the project as necessary

Cruising towards success

I once generated a test environment to implement a customer requirement and gave them a chance to see for themselves the altimate results for thier misdefinition of requirements. They were convinced at the end and fall back to the original best practice business process after objectively rializing the impact of the deviation.
