1. Lack of English language proficiency.

2. lack of presentation skills.

3. Lack of confidence.

4. lack of knowledge.

Is making a mistake and you feel you dont have enough relevant information, and the fear of the public body language, so you need to be firm,  know your information or topic or whatever a-z, and you need to stay focus because the public can be cruel, and unforgiving dont let the public misguide you; you need to stay focus and lastly if you have fear of addressing the public please  choose someone else it can be crusual for a indivudual, company or firm

Well, there are many reasons for not speaking in public. 1. lack of confidence2. Lack of expertise in the area which is being discussed

3. Personality

4. fear of uncertain

After identifying the possible reasons, there are some suggestions:1. Practices, Practice and Practice

2. Speach therapy in which you participate along with other group members. One topic is given to the group and members shed light on it. Some consultants, including myself, availble to help people in improving there speaking power or grappling the expertise. We, as a teacher/trainer, help our subjects to articulate the situation.
