Yes Mr Jasper is absolutley Right and I will just add little more that first every one of that premises whether working or residing he should be aware of the main electric switch after that being a safety professional in your periodic inspections ensure that all emergency lights in the gallery are in working condition and the lumination of the light is as per the standard, so that in case electrical supply failure or cut off light should be available there for emergency evacuation purposes.

Many Thanks,

Follow the simple steps when you discover a fire, RACE- Rescue, Alarm, Contain, Extinguish. Only extinguish a fire after following the steps RAC. Extinguish the fire only if you are trained to do so. Or it is safe for you to do so. Other wise evacuate the area. you can also check your company emergency response plan for more info. And remember that electrical fires are rated class B fires, remember to use the appropriate extinguisher that is rated for class B fires.
