It is the responsipility of all. School management should be in charge of the school security. The state should hold schools accountable for that. And parents should be the monitors to report for the two other parts about any shortcomings.

Main responsibility of state is provide safe and secure envinorment to all institutions,

same as schools, arranged self security also,

take measures for security, for students, first priority,

I believe in a collective effort in this regard as the children are a joint asset of the nation. School management cannot arrange an absolute security. State and parents should also play their due role to safeguard this asset.

if its state school than state must provide security, in private sector it must be school management to do so.
