At the early stage of your career development, it's very important to get the right experience. If you have done some good experience you will be more likely to be successful in job hunting and in getting better financial packages.
actually it depends on your immediate nees and priorities. if you think you can let go the opportunity of having good salary over experience... equip yourself first with the best experience possible and good salary packages will follow.
Relating to my own story,i would say experience.Gaining experience is much more important than salary because it builds a better foundation for a better salary package in future.
Of course it should be the experience, because you are a starter. If you get the right job, you work and get experience, eventually your salary also goes up.
Learn as much as you can and then after some time like2-3 years switch to a better place giving a good combination of financial and technical growth.
i think experience.... bcze later on uh will get good salary packages :)
Experience.
However I think you answered your own question. 'Salary is not good'. What is the most need for you at the moment, money or having the experience?
Experience is a valuable tool which you can use to bargain with to a future employee.
Good salary is ok but if you're not learning anything and experience is not good, there is the risk of no job satisfaction. Yet in a new job with an increased salary, with time you will gain new experience with the new company. Are you willing to make the move? Is it the unknown of the new job which causes you hesitation? Starting a new job is always a challenge, but like everything new, with time you will be part of team.
Dear Rahmat, experience is the best pay you can get from work. No salary can be enough but atleast you can get enough experience that can get employed in any company you want.
