A real pleasure to associate and interact with people of such refined logic, keep them rolling in.My pleasure to all who have been prompted to give their input.
Manners are the reflection of what you are,,,
"Manners maketh the Man"! Never was a truer word spoken! I personally believe that we "learn" our manners in our formative years and rely heavily on the examples set to us by initially our parents and then other adults who have a strong influence on our lives, relatives, teachers etc. I can understand and tolerate people whose general manners may leave a little to be desired, possibly due to their upbringing, but basically are not "bad" people. However I can not tolerate and indeed I abhor those whose manners are rude and disrespectful especially in the case of those who should know better!!
Though the word "unrefined may have negative connotations" it may have positive connotations as well. Shakespeare was praised for being the poet of nature, he demonstrated fine mannars, that were never described as been refined. Natural behaviour would be fine if the flow is natural. Our behaviours and mannars need refinement when the setting becomes complicated or complex and norms and rules become a must to govern the setting.

an oil refinery purifies oil from impurities.Perhaps those people need a refinery.
