Being a good manager is a question of being able to balance both your commitment to the company and your committeemen to the staff members. It is your duty to be actively involved and listen and adjust to both side's needs. Furthermore, a good manager is responsible for keeping the good name and vision of the company in front of other companies and among the staff. He/She is responsible for the maintaining and renewal of the company's culture by interpreting the rules in an innovative way that inspire and build strong connection between the company and the staff. He/She must be optimist, inspiring and positive as he/she is a role model.
