When you stop growing within the company, and you are not learning anything new

  1. When you stop enjoying your job

  2. No passion

  3. No career growth/advancement within the company

  4. When you reach that age limit (retirement age)

  5. Don't get along with your line manager/supervisor

  6. No culture and values within the company

  7. No business ethics

  8. There is no respect and appreciation

  9. Treated badly and unfairly

some would say .. when you have nothing more to give and nothing more to Get, and i do agree with them but i would say if there is a better chance ... go for it and don't look back

It is time to resign only after

1) getting an offer letter from another organisation ,with atleast25% increase to your current salary.

or

2) you get enough capital to do a business of your own which will give a return of atleast the same as your current salary.

Without any of these you stay put.
