First what do you mean exactly by calculat the risk?
All the project management tools like MSP of MS , PPM of HP... include a section to handled all project risk management processes. Also you can create a simple tool using MS Excel / Access to handel you risk management activities.

I think you can find a sw that Help in calculating Risks , but its hard to perform the whole Risk Management Process

For sure we can find a software to calculate risk in projects but just calculate as a tool but will not find software to estimate to identify the risk in the project , "Identifying and Estimating " needs lessons learned , expert judgment and the facilities and tools the organisation will dedicate for the project
