swimming , and the best are Sprints for10-20 minutes (1 min as fast as you can then1-2 minutes take your breath and run slowly , but don't stop) . you burn more fat than doing cardio for1-2 hours which is kinda boring
for losing weight , it should be cardio training but not body building as body building does burn as much calories unless you follow a supplicative diet
