How to separate full name as first Name and Surname in MS-Excel using formula?

=LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1,1)-1)

is step one

 

=RIGHT(A1,Jane(A1)-FIND(" ",A1,1))

is step two

 

Then copy and paste formula down.
