i do have a way that nevver fails while very very very few organizations use it all over.

all of us knew the IQ test for interprises but no many knows the Myers Briggs Personality sorting.

it is very effective and the way it sorts and identifies personalities and its suitable working field is excellent, google it and thank me latter :)

Any intervew has2 parts.

The1st is the written part where the candidates are put on certain arithmatical problems(IQ test) and gramatical test , could be English or Arabic or both depending on the language requrement.

The HR round. Which is the final round. to find the adaptablity of the candidate for the job.

Networking helps a lot, for cheap and fast hiring go for campus recruitment and do remain in touch with career officer of universities it is fast and source of quality candidates (fresh and experience holder).
