well i beleve all four choices are correct.
the most important in sales management is the team work
its like football team , there must be full team , and one or two have to enter the goals .
others have to support them , other wise if there are no support or if all want to enter a goal
they will never success .
I think they are all important but the most important in my opinion is knowing the target market as it relates to your product(s)/service(s). It indicates knowledge of your strategic position, then youe can use the rest to boost your sales.
