In most cases any company should have a reasearch center or department which can carry out the development and innovations this can be achieved by hiring professionalsand researchers who are dedicated to overlook and discover by bringing new ideas to their company,
R&D and/or having a Creative Department can keep an organization doing innovation by always introducing new product even if it's just an MVP or minimum viable product. As long as there's fuel for creativeness and enguinity to each member involved, then later on...if the product click, then monitize it!
Companies must innovate in order to keep ahead of their competitors. If an organisation wants to create a business strategy that keeps it at the forefront of innovation, it must develop ways of making that strategy work.
Being innovative does not just involve using the expertise of market researchers, and product developers to create new products. To keep the innovation flow there should be a system to arrange regular brain-storming sessions on certain given tasks.
The creative & out of the box thinkers should be marked for further new assignment.
Fresh blood (new appointees) should be regularly induced in the department to replace the dead-woods.
