How would you define a well-managed classroom?

A well-managed classroom is a classroom with all requirements available and managed in a way that maximizes the teaching/learning experience.    

 

This includes the classroom itself and its specifics : space, seating, light, ventilation, cooling, heating, teaching aids, communication/interaction aids with the students, ... etc ... etc.  It also includes the administration of the classroom which includes attenandance taking,attitude/discipline keeping, classroom/study materials distribution and availing, ensuring active engagement of the students, and verifying their benefit from what goes on in the classroom  ...

To me, a well-managed classroom is a place where seekers of knowledge could quench their thirst of learning in a conducive environment with maximum facilitation.
