It depends on the job scope and the level of output. In my opinion, I would weigh on quality. A quality job will always get you places and praises.

Both. With proper time management and coordination, it is possible to achieve both Quantity and Quality.

Actually both of them is important, if you can do both why not it will be a big factor on your performances. But most important to me is quality of work which serves as an outlook of your life, it shows that you make it a point to check every details of your work before release it so it will not come back and work it again. Quantity can be practice immediately as soon as you do it very often your quantity change. If you are after quantity to produce more but the quality is not good, it is not worthy.

Quality can never be compromised and needs to be moving in a upward fashion.

Quantity can be increased gradually (keeping quality high) with practise, skill and experience.

So in effect, you don't compromise on either if you put your mind to it.

Job standards determine the expected quality of work and quantity of tasks performed, related to a specific position. Small businesses monitor an employee's job performance by comparing it to accepted work measurements, often at various intervals. Besides evaluation of production, these demonstrations provide employers with opportunities to refresh a worker's job skills or address behavioral factors.

Both,

Quantity with out quality, is just like making a structure of a house with bricks and cement without plastering and painting.

&

Quality with out quantity, is just like plastering and painting a flat piece of land, which will ultimately be useless.

So, try to accomodate both in your every task given by your head.

Thanks.
