I'm leaving for the current jobs its because I want to enhance my ability to the another position ,and iwant to explore myself ,to find another jobs and good salary for my better future,

I don't think so because they wouldn't believe me or they would think that I had greater salary expectations in comparison with my qualifications. I don't believe that an employer would believe me instead of my previous employer. It's as simple as that.

I do not belief that next employer will take positively if I say I want to leave the job for salary. It is a negative indicator for any employer to bargain salary with them because they will be thinks that you are greedy and you will not be able to carry out the organizational goals and objectives. You will be not interested to stay long time his or her organization.
