Under the same roof of company, everyone has same likes and dislikes than why the behaviour to some people is different from others?

I think that behavior in business has a lot to do with what we value.
If we value our customers for example, we will behave accordingly with empathy and customer friendly experiences.
Our employees will be enabled to respond or actively engage so that customers can always trust our quality delivery.
When values like the one I made up above are role modeled and facilitated by leaders then behaviors can be aligned across an organization.
Sometimes people do not share the values a company would like to represent and sometimes managers do not role model these values and this are the times when behaviors are inconsistent across the organization.
