In fact all stages of any project wherever is very important, but there is some specialty for introduction stage because it contain planning and feasibility study, and as much as the first stage prepared well will reflect in the following stage

It depends! It's not a must that always we begin positively, sometimes in the beginning we struggle, stumble, fall etc... yet learning from those mistakes enables a brightened future

Yes, this is true because the starting point is always the thinking, brainstorming, research and planning phase.  If this step is done very well, all the rest will go easy.  It is just like building construction, if you have the building foundations well built and put in place, the rest of the buidling will rise above the ground strong and steady and safe.  But if you have weak foundations, by the time the building goes higher it will fall down and cause a crisis.

True! Slow and steady win the race ! Begining of work is a mental excercise, Study the job, plan and organise accordingly, train ourself, Performance always depend on how deep our knowledge about the work. A job is a long term thing  like buiding a big house, a strong base always required for built a big house. Our base will decide how much big we can grow to that job.
