Considering it is the abutment screw which is fractured, Care must be taken not to damage the internal surface of the implant. the broken screw can be removed in one of the following ways

1) Using an ultrasonic scaler to loosen the screw

2) Using a round bur in anti clock wise direction

3) if the screw is broken above the level of the platform , a thin mosquito artery forceps can be used to unwind it

4) abutment screw removal kits are available with many implant brands

First which part of prosthetic component is fractured, if it is abutment screw with half portion in the implant and other half in the abutment with the crown, then remove the screw from the implant, separate the abutment  from the crown, order for a new abutment screw and repeat the entire prosthetic phase.

If it is screw retained type, at first remove the filling material in screw hole and then retighten the cover screw. Then after removal a broken prosthodontic component, remake or exchange with new component.

Try in the new one and if it will fit well, then resetting the correct position and tighten the cover screw anf fill the hole.
