This is great, i keep on tracking the potential candidate, do the following;

 - Keep them add into your network at professional websites.

 - Give them a call, have a chit chat with them and share a bit about upcoming opportunity with your firm.

Sorry I do not like this idea if all of them are not going to get selected. I think it is a better idea to get cozy only after you take them abroad. Otherwise the person who is not selected would have a bad feeling towards the co and can get viral in the social media.
