Fresh graduate increases pace for the organization because they have energy to hard work for the organization. They bring the opportunity to upward the organization in competitive world as well as fresh graduates are cheap and they want to change to prove themselves. It is good opportunity for the organization to utilize them properly and nursing them capital management for the organization.
As a recruitment manager i will prefer to select candidates with less experience because they will hardwork and as well will continue for a long time with the company.
I am looking for a job as a fresh graduate and i hope that companies change their policies of asking for high experiences for every job without even giving the freshies any job .... As they say no job without experience and no experience without job ..!!
