This is not an answer. Let me define Anger Vs. stress
Anger is a normal emotion experienced by both adults and children
Helping children - and adults - become aware of their anger is the first step toward teaching anger control.
Anger is a secondary emotion. Other emotions are often a foundation for the anger, such as worry, fear, pain, rejection or disrespect. Anger may be a defense.
Stress is our reaction to certain events or situations, known as stressors, in our life that might be harmful to our mind or body. Many requirements or challenges can cause stress:
Unusual events, including loss of close friends or family, divorce, injury, accident, risk, dismissal, retirement, pregnancy, financial difficulty, debt, change of living condition and environment, a conflict with your boss or a family reunion.
Daily events, such as traffic, conflict with an acquaintance, noise, disorder, feeling uncomfortable due to the weather and pressures cause when caring for your child.
Work events, including workload, overloading yourself, repetition, uncontrollable work, dangerous and hazardous work, excessive responsibility and looming deadlines.
similarities: both are not accepted and lead to failure. stress could be a result of mismanagement and could be released by many easy ways such as skills related, but anger is something related behavior and attitudes that need more time and effor to change it.
attitude is everything
According to The American Psychiatric Association maintains that anger is a normal human emotion that is a problem when it is too intense, occurs too frequently, last too long, leads to aggressions or violence, impacts health, destroys work, school or interpersonal relationships.
Stress is the mismatch between the demands made on us and our ability to meet those demands. Stress can be positive or negative.
Anger management deal with internal anger and how to control (you) it effectively and effeceintly. Stress management deal with external stress and how to manage (you with the concerned parties) it effectively and effeceintly.
As a training:
Anger Management is how you control or stop uncertainity which may lead to Loss Win or Win Loss situations.
Stress Management is how you suppress and precede which lead to Win Win situations.
These two Managements plays vital roles and inter related to each other.
