Depending on the commitment you look from your customers, different strategies need to be defined: Usually when looking long-term and committed brand customers offer should be “Smart Rewarding”; neverless when looking immediate simple leads offering “Dumb Discounts”. in this case. Dumb Discounts , its not one of thier stratigies for sure , they have long term planing & vision

Well i couldn't limit Coca Colas' Brand Marketing strategy within the smart rewarding and Dumb Discounts especially lately, as since Jan.2014 as they start moving from "Creative Excellence" to "Content Excellence" in order to insure that the content comunicates your message that is congruent with your mission and values.
actually i would never call myself a marketing guru but my vission to the trend this year i can see they are completely right due to many aspects it will look Contradictory at first but trust me my friend it is related
1- Global Worming
2- Current growth rate
3- Current Investment capabilities
4- Current Political Alliances
accordingly i am promoting Food products and raw materials as my studies drove me to.
