I put my experiences of scientific and practical in my CV without an increase or decrease, but with a focus on my ability to cope with the working conditions and acquire new skills in the shortest time, relying on scientific and formative my confidence

Try to highlight the transferable skills that you do have, and how your drive, ambition, and ability to learn will allow you to learn new skills in a short period of time.
