Good Day Mr. Tahir!!!

Bayt management should first mark those people who they seem are briiliant and come-up with creative ideas or solutions to the asked question. For that, they should monitor their comments with the help of expert moderators. By which Bayt will be able to make a pool of highly talented individuals of several specialties.

Bayt management should arrange a setup to engage companies to share their corporate needs & demands and these needs will be transformed into questions to asked to the selected pool of talent.

Thats how both companies and individuals will get the benefit. It will be quite easy for the companies to hire the best fits for them as well.

The ideas pouring in on this platform must have been engaged by Bayt with several Corporates thus giving it's due importance to ocean of knowledge from the participants. Similarly, others would also be using for their end purposes. All this may not be visible to us but be rest assured that no contriburions will go waste.

Lets hear from others for options.
