The most difficult people to work with are those who refuse to communicate. As long as they are willing to communicate, there is almost no problem that cannot be resolved or worked through.
1. Lack of interpersonal skills.
2. Do not respect to the people.
3. Unsocial
The most difficult types are those who show disrespect to other people.
Stay away from them. It is best not join office gossip or office politics. But if u are a victim of such people who some times are powerfull because they may have connection in highplaces it is better to protect yourself collectively.
