I had this situation when I was with SBM (IBM Saudi Arabia). We had over20 different nationalities alld the way from Phillipines and Austraila, Indian subcontinent, to middle-east, Europe and USA. The success we had was mainly due to the "non-discriminative merit system" which treated all employees on equal basis regardless of the color of their skin, eyes or passports !!
OK.managing diversity is the solution and it will give push up to success..other important thing is increase the communication skills ability to negociate with different cultures U must be able to communicate with them well.
Also practices of ethical behaviors play main role to success like avoidance of discrimination on basis of color or gender or political behaviors or religious..
application of some fare agreements like Sarbanes Oxley to insure that the organization goes into right direction.
