Understand Nature of Customer Complaint

Be Polite to the Customer

Make him feel important and you are there to resolve his/her Complaint

Take ownership

Give him SLA/TAT as per nature of his/her Complaint

Check with respective SPOCs who will solve the query

Give an outcall / sms and intimate his Query is resolved
